Recovery and Wellbeing College
Welcome
Recovery College isn’t your traditional college. We are something quite different.
We provide free health and wellbeing workshops and courses across Kent and Medway to anyone over the age of 18yrs.
We’ll help you recognise your talents and skills and give you tools to help you take care of yourself and your loved ones.
You’ll learn how to be the expert in your own wellbeing, in a safe space with people who can benefit from your journey.
The only thing we ask of you is to be kind to your fellow students, get involved and enjoy being part of something special.
Here's how you can find out more:
- Download our latest prospectus
- Take a look at what's on - see our timetables and course directory
- Join one of our Introduction to Recovery College sessions

Working with us
There are many ways you can get involved.
We work with organisations in our local communities to deliver Recovery and Wellbeing College.
Some offer us space to deliver our FREE courses; others offer us their expertise in developing courses. Some even share what their clients have told them would benefit them the most and that helps us to make sure our prospectus is delivering the right courses and helping our communities the best we can.
Recovery and Wellbeing College also works closely with the trust charity Health, Heart and Hope. If you would like to donate, please ask that your donations are used for Recovery College. Any funds raised will only be used to maximise our courses and benefit our students.
